- 3Pick the opportunity event, then connect any downstream app (CRM, Sheets, Slack, SMS…).

- How do I connect ParcelIntel to Zapier?
- Generate an API key in ParcelIntel under Settings → Integrations, add ParcelIntel as a trigger app in Zapier, and paste your key when Zapier asks you to connect your account. Events are delivered instantly via REST hooks — no polling delay.
- Which events can I trigger on?
- Four events today: new high-motivation parcel, foreclosure stage advanced, saved-search new match, and watchlist parcel update. Availability depends on your plan (Investor and above).
