1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and organization name. When you use our platform, we collect usage data including parcel searches, report generation, and feature interactions.

2. Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain our service
  • To process your subscription and payments
  • To send transactional emails (reports, team invites, deal alerts)
  • To send occasional product updates, onboarding, and re-engagement emails about ParcelIntel (you can opt out at any time — see Section 6)
  • To improve our platform and develop new features
  • To enforce our terms of service and plan limits

4. Data Sources

ParcelIntel aggregates public data from Suffolk and Nassau County GIS, Brookhaven GIS, Suffolk and Nassau County Clerk records, NYS Department of State, town tax portals, and public real estate listing services. This data is publicly available and used to provide property intelligence.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (Firebase Auth session cookies) and analytics cookies (Google Analytics GA4). No third-party advertising cookies are used.

6. Email Communications

We use Resend to send transactional emails (comp reports, team invitations, and deal alert notifications) and occasional product, onboarding, and re-engagement emails about ParcelIntel — for example, helping you finish setting up an account you created. We do not sell or rent your email address, and we do not send third-party advertising.

Every non-transactional email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by clicking it or emailing support@parcelintel.io. You can also manage deal-alert preferences from your dashboard. Opting out of marketing emails does not affect transactional emails required to operate your account.

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days before deletion. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.

9. Your Rights

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
