Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy.

4. Data Sources

ParcelIntel aggregates public data from Suffolk County GIS, Brookhaven GIS, Suffolk County Clerk records, NYS Department of State, town tax portals, and public real estate listing services. This data is publicly available and used to provide property intelligence.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (Firebase Auth session cookies) and analytics cookies (Google Analytics GA4). No third-party advertising cookies are used.

6. Email Communications

We use Resend to send transactional emails including comp reports, team invitations, and deal alert notifications. You can manage alert preferences from your dashboard.

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days before deletion. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.
